The Hypothesis
Reality may be a Soft Simulation composed of a programmable material called Pudding that can be warped by intent. Because this material is fluid, the future can be adapted by Players (Heroes). These individuals, whether they know it or not, decide the collective fate of humanity, NPCs, and AI.
A large portion of the population are NPCs (Passive Observers). They flow with the current, unable to alter futures and reality.
Players (Pudding Heroes) possess high-force consciousness. They utilize beliefs, luck, and manifestation to guide reality's simulation.
What this is
This project presents a fictional system and a community sandbox that invites readers to test our claims as an experiment. No belief is required. Only observations.
If reality is writable, then this reflects that we could be in a soft simulation.
The novel shifts priors, the theory predicts where effects appear, and the experiments probe the boundary. This is the discovery process. Each book will advance knowledge.

The QBist Lab proposes an architecture for managing reality. We call this system The Book of Houses.
Standard physics claims you are a passive observer in a random universe, this is true for NPCs. However, we are testing whether reality behaves like a soft simulation called "Pudding" that reacts to Lumina, the force of a Hero Player's consciousness.
Are you a Pudding Hero or NPC? Do not take our word for it. Run the experiments. If nothing changes, the claim fails. If something changes, tell us and help us gather data because if reality is writable, then we're likely in a Soft Simulation. If we are, then we have much to do.

This is intellectually dangerous territory. Pudding Theory suggests that life does not merely happen to you. If your internal state, called Lumina, carries enough force, it can warp outcomes in the programmable material we all inhabit (our reality). If it cannot, you are currently an NPC. That status is not fixed.
